I am turning 15 in the middle of july. I was planning on inviting 10-15 friends. I had a pool party last year, which was fun, but I want to try something new this year. Any ideas?

Ask friends to wear something awesome, something worthy for a super star. Can be a Gown for the red carpet, designer clothes, movie costumes or sparkly dazzle dazzle stage wear. Or you can provide them with the outfits. If you choose to provide them, what you do is make a list of all different TV shows and movies. When the guests come in, you ask them to choose one. Each show/movie can only be chosen once (first come first serve). You have bags hidden labeled with the TV Show or Movie. All of the bags have a certain amount of "Dazzlin Dollars" (fake money). Every bag has a different amount. It can have anywhere from 200-20,0000 dazzilin dollars. The clothes will have a price tag on them, and they "buy" it. Or, if you are not providing outfits, you can do the thing with the dazzlin dollars, yet with stuff like music CD's (you can burn it if you want) movies, jewelry, posters and stuff like that. Have a red carpet and ask them to walk down it, striking a pose, giving autographs to fans. Hire people (family members are best, or cousins or a friends who are willing to be a star later) to be paparazzi (give them a camera to snap photos of the stars) and fans (to cheer and try to touch the stars on the red carpet, and get an autograph). When they are done, lead them to comfortable seating. Watch a movie (make sure everyone loves) or go to the movie theatre. After that, have an awesome dinner (have a menu of things, and have your mom or something be there "personal chef" and make them what you want. Then split into groups and make up skits. You can videotape it, and you can post in on you Tube (if you want). Then put loud (very loud) music on a party! Dance for a little bit, and have microphones so people can sing. Have refreshments. Make it a "Hollywood Club". Before the party, make a list with every ones name on it. have a person stand outside of the party, and before anyone goes in, have him ask for their name (so they can go in). After that, get a grand and big cake. if you can, have it say your name, and if you can even have it have a picture of you on it! Serve cake. After that, set up sleeping bags. Tell secrets and play games like Truth or Dare. Every once in a while, have someone with a camera pop in a take pictures (paparazzi). If you want tell scary stories, and dramatic stories. Go to bed ( Don't go to bed early, cause super stars never go to bed early, but don't go to bed too late. Super stars need their beauty sleep.) In the morning, have breakfast (personal chefs). Then have a spa thing at home. Have someone do their nails, give them a massage, give them a facial and stuff like that. After that play a game called "How Well Do You Know ___________ (your name)? Have somebody ask questions like "what is (Your name) favorite sport?" and have your friends write down what they think the answer is. Whoever got it wrong is out. Then after that, speak into a microphone and say why it is your favorite sport. Keep doing that until there is a winner. The winner wins a prize. After that have a fake Award Show. Nominate your friends for different categories like "Most Dramatic Actress", "Funniest Actress", " Best Singer" and things like that. Have somebody announce the winners, and have the winner go up and give a small speech. Every winner gets a mini fake trophy type thing. Make sure everyone wins something, but people can win more than once, just make sure only a few people win more than once. Then have a photo shoot ( you and your friends can wear whatever they want, even a bikini). Have a camera person who says "Love The Camera, Darling" "Look this way, this way, fabulous!" and " You Are the Queen of Photo Shoots, Sweetie. Keep it up!" and stuff like that. Then the party is over! if it is time, get pizza to serve.

What is there to do on a cruise if you are not a drinker?

There will be plenty for you to do and you can do as much as you want or just relax and watch the ocean go by or the other people. Each day of your cruise you will receive in your cabin a newsletter type flier that will detail everything that will be happening on ship the next day, details by time and location so you can decide what you want to do the next day. So you can be as busy or as relaxed as you want to be. There will be something going on from early mornings, like organized exercise programs, lectures and seminars, bingo, cooking demonstrations, until late at night when the disco is going and the lounges are busy. The ship has a cruise director whose job is to see that passengers have a great time and that person will provide heads ups on things happening the next day and that information will be repeated on the TV set in your cabin.
The things that you can do on ship will vary by the cruise line and the ship can make a difference in how much there is to do. Many of the newer ships of all of the cruise lines have more activities than there are on the older ships. Older ships would in general be those launched before about 2000. The types and number of activities also varies by cruise line with Royal Caribbean Cruise Line having by far THE most activities.
Things that may be available to do on cruises, depending upon the ship:
- use the pools, hot tubs and water slides
use the full service gymnasium with all types of free weights and exercise machines
use the full service spa where you can get hair and nails done and massages and wraps, use the sauna and/or steam rooms
- use the mini-golf course and/or a golf driving range or golf simulator
- use the roller blade track and/or an ice skating rink. If there is an ice rink there will be an ice show like the ice capades
- use the rock climbing wall, the full sized basketball/volleyball/tennis court, play table tennis
-use the over sized Chess/Checker sets and shuffle board
- use the walking/ jogging track
- play in the video arcade
- go to the show room where there will be a show every evening, one for each dinner seating
- use the game room with games and cards provided
- use the internet cafe
- use the library with books provided or bring your own
- go to the disco that is open every night starting about 11:00 PM and lasting until
- go to the piano bar and a sports bar; all ships will have lounges and cocktails bars at various places on ship

- go to the wine tasting if you are old enough
- shop for souvenirs
