I need to know everything you need to have for a very good home theater. like blue ray dvd player and hdtv ect. you know, the good stuff

For a Home Theater
You need at least a Projector
1080p preffered 720p is ok
You need a 7.1 system with a great receiver or pre-amp+ Amp combo.
You need great speakers. and a Great sub.
You will in most cases want a good high gain fixed frame screen.
For a good 7.1 system I suggest you look at Kef iq7s for the front speakers a Kef iq6 for the center
Then get 4 Kef 2001.2 speakers for the surrounds.
For the projector
I suggest a Sanyo. Best buy has a great deal on a 1080p one right now.
You will also want some comfy furniture. Nothing sucks more than great sound and bad seating.
You will want 2 12 inch DIY kit subs from Dayton Express Preferably the Titanic Series.
You will also need to do some acoustical treatments.
Of course this list is exhuastive, but I don't know your budget.
You will want to spend half your budget on a good display, half on your sound system and a another half on furniture(Hey I'm cheating on math)
Make sure you get the display calibrated using a Digital Video Essentials Disc.
On the sound system 80 percent goes to speakers 20 percent to the receiver.
of the speaker budget 40 percent should go to a subwoofer(DIY is preferred)
The other 60 percent of the speaker budget should comprise of 2/3rds going to the fronts and the center and 1/3rd to the surrounds.
You will want to match fronts and a center together from the same brand.

It all depends on what you can afford ($15,000...$100,000...etc) and how many people you want to entertain. A bigger home theater is going to require bigger speakers, possibly more speakers, more amplifiers, a bigger display, more furniture and of course a house that has a bigger room.
When you say you can afford anything you do realize that you could easily spend $250K on high end audio equipment and speakers to fill a large room. A pair of Von Schweikert speakers can run well over $100K.
Ideally you want a room that has a higher ceiling and ideal room dimensions. A cube is the worst shape and anything that has dimensions that are multiples of one another is not good for accoustics (ie: 20x10x10). A good sized HT that will seat 6-8 people might be 16x12 with 9 or 10 ft ceilings. If you wanted one with a bar at the back or a pool table 22x16 or so might fit.
Best thing to do is to draw it out first and get the dimensions of the furniture that might go into the room. Take into account what HT equipment you have or will buy including the size of your display. The first row of seats should be about 1.5X the screen widths back from the screen.
Bigger is better for bass. If you can afford anything and are looking to have maybe 2 or 3 rows of 4-6 seats. Then a 30' long by 18' wide by 12' high would be awesome. Make the walls non parallel, build seating risers, have a fiber optic star ceiling, a stage with motorized curtains, have a bar in the rear with a popcorn machine, use remote controlled dimming/lighting in a few banks, have a 10-12 foot wide screen and some nice Berkaline seats to fill everything out and you'll impress a lot of people. Plan to spend in excess of $50,000 on equipment, furniture and construction for something like that. A real fancy decorated one might go above $100K.
